Released the next version DESKonTOP!
Among the changes brought in the program:
1. Again reduced the probability of occurrence of the error message at start of the program (in the following version we, we hope, shall get rid of this error message absolutely)
2. Added the opportunity setting of color and thickness of the main window frames and a info window frames (Thanks ie for the offer)
3. Removed the rests from the shareware past of the program (a picture and library), that has led to reduction of the program size.
4. In the program have started to use Free icons package
